A Vancouver woman was ticketed for alleged DUI on Monday after she rear-ended a car that was stopped on state Highway 14 in North Bonneville, pushing it into a third car, state troopers said.

The crash happened about 1:40 p.m. in Skamania County, according to a report from the Washington State Patrol.

The report said 31-year-old Jason R. Randles of Washougal was driving a 1995 Volvo, headed west, with Michael L. Willman, 28, of Vancouver behind him in a 1995 Mitsubishi Montero.

When they came to a construction zone marked by signs, they stopped for a flagger.

That’s when Shirley M. Morford, 62, driving a 2003 Dodge Caravan, crashed into the rear of the Montero, which was pushed into the Volvo, the report said.

Randles was taken to Southwest Washington Medical Center, treated and released later Monday, a hospital employee said.

Willman was not injured, according to the state patrol report.

Morford was listed in satisfactory condition at the medical center Monday night; she was ticketed for alleged DUI, the report said.
