JetBlue starts daily PDX-Long Beach, Calif., flights

JetBlue Airways, which is cutting flights in other areas of the country, is adding new service this week from Portland International Airport to Long Beach, Calif. The first flight from Long Beach Airport arrives at PDX at 7:15 p.m. today. The first southbound flight leaves PDX for Long Beach at 7:15 a.m. Friday.

This schedule will continue until Nov. 2, when JetBlue plans to add a second daily flight.
