Time on market basically unchanged for home sales

Thursday, October 16 | 4:38 p.m.

It took 146 days for the 391 Clark County homes sold through the RMLS multiple listing service to find buyers in September.

That’s close to the average amount of on-market time for the year and up substantially from the 75-day selling time in September 2007.

Median price for new and pre-owned homes sold in the county was $235,000 last month. For new homes alone, the median was $260,231.
