An observation on Clark County home sales

Friday, December 26 | 3:08 p.m.

COURTNEY SHERWOOD

I just read through all the Clark County residential real estate sales from roughly Nov. 7 through the end of that month. Of several hundred home sales, 30 were sold by developers and 30 by banks or other financial institutions. I conclude that home buyers were as likely to buy a house that had been foreclosed on as a home that a developer had put on the market.
