WSUV to observe Martin Luther King Day with day of service projects

Washington State University Vancouver invites community members to join students, staff and faculty for the Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service on Monday. The day kicks off at 9 a.m. with light refreshments and includes service projects such as quilting for the needy, landscaping with Habitat for Humanity, elementary school beautification and sorting canned goods at a food bank. All campus parking lots will be free on Monday.

The campus is at 14204 N.E. Salmon Creek Ave.
