Wreck blocks Highway 14 near Wind River

A semi-tractor trailer rig has rolled on westbound Highway 14 near Carson, blocking all lanes.
The Washington Department of Transportation warned of the accident at 4 p.m. It is located at Milepost 47 near Wind River Road.
Flaggers are directing traffic to a detour. It was unknown when the road might reopen. Motorists are advised to expect delays.
