Man fatally shot near McChord AFB

Police are looking for witnesses after a man in his 30s was fatally shot on a Lakewood, Wash., street near the entrance to McChord Air Force Base.
The unidentified man, shot in the head and chest, died Thursday night at Tacoma General Hospital about an hour after the shooting.
Lakewood police spokeswoman Lt. Heidi Hoffman says there are no suspects and no known motive.
