Along with the draft speculation, trade rumors and player evaluations during draft month, one other aspect can be expected if you're an NBA beat writer: Solicitations.
PR groups come from several directions, pitching ideas and features with the hope that they can tag along on a little pre-draft pub, whether it's a personal trainer who is working out a prospect or two, or a company who has aligned itself with a player and is trying to push their product as something that has been essential to their success.
