Kohl's was voted the best Clothing Value by Clark County voters for a third year in a row.

Repeating the award from 2009 and 2011, Eric Runyan Jewelers was voted as the top Jeweler in Clark County.
Eric Runyan's Jewelers proves many services, including custom jewel creation, giving your old jewelry a makeover and offering a "Signature Collection," in which your diamond is "laser inscribed and comes with a Diamond Analysis Card containing your diamond’s own serial number and unique characteristics."
All of which makes Eric Runyan the jeweler Clark County goes to.

Trader Joe's has a simple philosophy: great food + great prices = Value. That equation has led Trader Joe's to be a three-time Best of Clark County winner.
By putting hard-to-find, innovative and great-tasting food on the shelves, Trader Joe's has become the place to go for that once-in-a-lifetime item you just have to have.
Here are some thoughts from the voters:
“Where else can you get an awesome bottle of wine for $3?”
“They have a fantastic selection and excellent prices.”
WINNER: Trader Joe’s, 305 SE Chkalov Dr., Vancouver, WA, (360) 883-9000.
RUNNERS UP: New Seasons, Chuck’s, Whole Foods
This is the fourth Best of Clark County award for Spanky's in the last four years, a tribute to their ability to keep nice clothes on the shelves -- at reasonable prices -- while allowing people to make a little extra money for themselves.
Bring in your well-cared for items, then stick around and browse for some new-to-you clothes. Spanky's presents their clothes during the appropriate season, so if you need it now, they'll have it.
Our voters appreciated how far their dollar went at Spanky's:
“Great deals, great customer service! Long-time business (30 years) serving the area's families, too.”
WINNER: Spanky’s, 13503 SE Mill Plain Blvd. Suite 114, Vancouver, WA, 98684, (360) 260-0791.
RUNNERS UP: Déjà vu Vancouver, Divine Consign, Déjà vu Camas
Although the Anoush Deli prides themselves on "serving the best Gyros in Clark County for more than 17 years," the international food market does offer so much more. Specializing in deli meats, cheeses and seafoods from around the world, Anoush Deli also prepares dishes on site.
One voter appreciated the variety, and service, Anoush provided.
“Employees are eager to help or share Mid-Eastern recipes. Wonderful selection of premium cold cuts (like the ones made in Chicago or New York), 4 types of Feta... and dozens of cheeses, fresh made-in-store European breads and bakery goods, and imported canned goods and delicious wines!”
WINNER: Anoush Deli International Food Market, 6808 NE Fourth Plain, Vancouver, WA 98662, (360) 693-4359
RUNNERS UP: Ocean King Market, Sorya Asian Market, A-Dong Market
With the economic outlook still a little hazy, Clark County voters went with the grocery store that afforded them the best deal on the groceries they needed. And although the voting was close at the top, WinCo edged both Fred Meyers and Chucks as the top vote getter.
Of the voters that commented, great low prices was the common thread with a nod to variety and selection of items.
“Excellent prices. Good variety of foods that is consistent.”
“Huge selection. Bargain prices.”
WINNER: WinCo Foods, various locations
RUNNERS UP: Fred Meyer, Chuck’s, New Seasons
One World Merchants offers unique gifts, clothing, jewelry and fine furnishings from near and far, and that's why Clark County voted them as best Unusual Gifts store. As a fair trade store, One World Merchants travels the word and buys direct from the source, or other small importers.
And, in some cases, from just around the corner.
“Great gift ideas from around the world," one voter said. "And the people there are friendly and pillars of the community.”
WINNER: One World Merchants, 2315 Main St, Vancouver, WA, (360) 693-7857.

Even with tablets and e-readers becoming all the rage, there are still some bibliophiles who like to walk the aisles, thumb through a few editions or take up residence in a comfy chair and read a bit. Maybe that's why Barnes & Noble was voted the top Music/Books/Movies store in Clark County.
Of course, Barnes & Noble does have their own tablet (the Nook), but the store also offers events throughout the month. Upcoming in April are Sci-Fi/Fantasy and American Girls Club book groups, as well as storytimes for the little ones and even the occasional costume character event!
WINNER: Barnes & Noble, 7700 NE 4th Plain Blvd, Vancouver, WA 98662, (360) 253-9007.
RUNNERS UP: Beacock’s, Vintage Books, Video Connections
