A $5 million office project is taking shape adjacent to Beaches Restaurant & Bar on the Columbia River waterfront. The Vancouver-based C.E. John Co. is developing the two-story complex, called Two-Thousand-One for its address between Beaches and the company’s Meriwether Condominiums. The office project will include four 5,000-square-foot office spaces, each designed to take advantage of riverfront views and to complement the architecture of other buildings fronting the river. C.E. John is a private real estate investment and development company that has built several buildings along the waterfront. |
