Former Vesta chef Fenton now at new restaurant

The former owner and chef of Vesta Restaurant & Wine Bar is now the chef at the Parker House in Washougal.

Morris Fenton unveiled a new menu for the restaurant at dinner on Friday. The plan is to have four to seven new and fresh items on the menu daily.

Vesta, which offered a fine-dining atmosphere and upscale menu at 14387 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd., closed in March.

The Parker House is at 56 S. 1st St and is owned by Salah Al-Mudarris. Information: 360-835-2167.
