Plans for a 165-unit Hazel Dell townhome development have been submitted for review by the Clark County Department of Community Development.

Called Alderbrook Townhouse Subdivision, the proposal is for a 9-acre parcel on the north side of Northeast 94th Street near 19th Avenue. JMS Properties LLC of Vancouver submitted the application.
