Szafir Holding LLC has purchased two acres of industrial land at the Ridgefield Commerce Center from Specht Ridgefield LLC in Ridgefield. The sales price was $653,443. Scott Fraser, GVA Kidder Mathews, represented the seller. Garrett Harper, Norris, Beggs & Simpson, represented the buyer.
Kimly Sisalak has subleased 638 square feet of retail space for a Thai-Laotian restaurant from Dr. Jack Jorgensen, the sublessor, at 7107 N.E. Vancouver Mall Drive, Vancouver. Expected move-in is June 1. Adam Roselli, Eric Fuller & Associates, represented the sublessor.
