Sheriff's Office Internal Investigation
The Columbian on Friday received more than 150 pages of public records involving the 2010 accidental shooting of the toddler son of Clark County sheriff's Detective Ed Owens. Owens was found to have violated five law enforcement policies. He is currently on paid administrative leave.
