An aerial map of downtown Vancouver shows how the planned Columbia River Crossing will slightly alter the freeway intersection between Interstate 5 and state Highway 14. The map also illustrates plans for the city-developed Waterfront Park, expected to break ground in early 2013 to complement future private development fronting the river with more than $1 billion worth of restaurants, retail, office and living space on the 32-acre former Boise Cascade industrial site.
