The 20th annual Festival of Trees features the annual tree raffle, with 12 decorated Christmas trees raffled off, with proceeds benefiting the rotary’s scholarship program. There will also be appearances by Santa and Mrs. Claus, performances by choir, band and dance groups and a model train exhibit. Visitors can chat with the Talking Tree, take part in a scavenger hunt and ride the Loci Train around Esther Short Park. The festival runs 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Nov. 27; 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Nov. 28; Noon to 4 p.m. Nov. 29. The trees will be raffled at 4 p.m. Nov. 29.
