8 a.m. to noon, Clark College, 1933 Fort Vancouver Way. Representatives of small nonprofit and volunteer organizations in Southwest Washington and the Portland metro area have joined forces to impact social change. Keynote speaker: Rosalinda Guillen, Executive Director of Community to Community Development, Bellingham. The purpose: to gather community leaders and begin identifying specific activities each participant will do with regard to collectively tackling key issues related to education, immigration, health and economic development.
