6 to 8 p.m. Oct. 11, Clark County Food Bank, 6502 N.E. 47th Ave.
Lasagna gardening, an easy no-till method of soil building, is a great
way to recycle organic material and a simple way to create a healthy
garden. A bed built this fall will be ready for spring planting. This
workshop includes making of a lasagna garden bed. The class will get
hands-on and help to create a new garden to be used for growing food for
the community at the food bank.
Free, registration required. * Register online www.columbiasprings.org/mcr/workshops/ or 360-882-0936.
