Learn all about “gifts in a jar,” recipes, what is safe, how to layer for presentation, decorating ideas and much more, plus a recipe booklet filled with recipes for the WSU Clark County Master Food Preserver Program. Two classes to choose from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. or from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 12. Pre-registration required. $15 per person.
