2020 First Citizen Reception

Please join us in honoring the 2020 First Citizen Diana Avalos-Leos, a leader in our community who is dedicated to improving the lives of others and creating a more welcoming community for all. We say thank you, Diana, because truly “love makes the world go ‘round.”

The annual First Citizen award, presented since 1938, honors a Clark County resident who has modeled the attributes of good citizenship through leadership, action, civic pride, and cultivates inclusive civic engagement practices.

This year, Diana is being honored for her long-term record of service and contributions to our community.
