Masks, sculptures, instruments, textiles and jewelry from the late 1800s and early 1900s are on display through Sunday.
The items are accompanied by an explanation of their cultural significance and how each was used in day-to-day life.
Hours: 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesdays through Thursdays, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Fridays, and 1-5 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays.

Live at the Fries concert inspired by the Big Easy
Pianist Thomas Rheingans leads the Live at the Fries concert series with a program inspired by sounds of New Orleans. The show features Dixieland jazz and music by Louis Moreau Gottschalk.
A free tango class with Alex Krebs will be offered at 6:30 p.m.

Who hears a what?
“Dr. Seuss’ Horton Hears a Who!” follows an elephant who hears a cry coming from a speck of dust. Turns out, the Whos of Who-ville live in the dust speck, and they need Horton to protect them from those who want to destroy their home.
The computer-animated film features voice work from Hollywood heavyweights, including Jim Carrey, Steve Carell, Will Arnett and Seth Rogen. Rated G.

Kells festival features Battle Ground folk musician
Kells Irish Restaurant and Pub hosts three days of fun in Portland this weekend. Several Kells regulars, including Battle Ground folk musician Tom May, perform throughout the weekend. May takes the stage at 2:30 p.m. today, 12:30 p.m. Sunday and Monday, and 6 p.m. Monday.
Events: Free family activities, noon to 5 p.m. today and Sunday. Live music and dancing, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday and 10:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Monday.

Easter-themed performance spotlights ‘Passion’
Bravo! Vancouver spotlights “St. John Passion” by Johann Sebastian Bach in a concert featuring the 65-voice Bravo! Vancouver Chorale and the Washington Chamber Orchestra. The performance’s words are taken from the Gospel of John. Soloists include tenor David Meier, bassist John Vergin, baritone Sydney Johnson, soprano Jill Soltero and contralto Beth Madsen-Bradford.
