Billy Henry, who launched the Northwest Association of Blind Athletes at home when he was 15, now is 21 and executive director of the fast-growing nonprofit agency, which brings sports and fitness opportunities to blind and visually impaired people. The fulltime Clark College business student is hustling this week to get ready for the 2013 National Goalball Championship tournament, to be held at McLoughlin Middle School on Thursday night and all day Friday and Saturday.
