FIVE CORNERS — The third home in a growing Orchards-area Habitat for Humanity development called Patten Park will be open to visitors during a dedication ceremony Dec. 13.

The home’s new owner, Kelly Coleman, will speak about her family’s experience with Evergreen Habitat for Humanity, a low-cost, sweat-equity home builder for people in need. There will also be refreshments, prizes and carolers.

“We are excited to complete this home in time for the holidays,” said Kristina Aitchison, executive director. This will be Evergreen Habitat for Humanity’s 19th local home.

The event is set for 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 13, at 7003 N.E. 98th Ave. To learn more about Evergreen Habitat for Humanity, visit www.ehfh.org or call 360-737-1759.
