A Clark County Superior Court judge said on Thursday that the Port of Camas-Washougal should be reimbursed by the development group Riverwalk on the Columbia LLC for the port’s legal expenses related to abitration between the two parties.

The port prevailed in the July arbitration with Riverwalk, which had sued the port for abandoning a joint contract to develop waterfront acreage partly owned by the port. Judge John Nichols confirmed the arbitration ruling that Riverwalk developers owed the port $607,852.
