Man wanted on suspicion of attempted murder

Authorities are asking for help locating a man suspected of assaulting a resident during a home robbery.

Miguel Torres-Izazaga, 19, allegedly assaulted a resident with a pipe or small bat during a Dec. 14 robbery in the 4200 block of East 18th Street.

Torres-Izazaga is wanted on a felony warrant for second-degree attempted murder and robbery. He is affiliated with a local gang and has a violent past, police say.

Torres-Izazaga may also be using the name “Angel” Izazaga or “Stomper,” according to a press release.

Crime Stoppers is offering a reward up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest of Torres-Izazaga.
