PENDLETON, Ore. (AP) — An Eastern Oregon man has been sentenced to 812 years in prison after pleading guilty to a charge of first-degree rape.
Jaime Rubio Gonzalez of Stanfield faces 20 years of post-prison supervision when he is released from prison in 2018.
Court records show the 41-year-old man’s victim was a relative. Charges of incest, sexual abuse and contributing to the sexual delinquency of a minor were dropped in exchange for the guilty plea.
