Daniel Ray Humbyrd, who once was homeless, has moved to 37500 N.E. 177th Court in Yacolt.
Humbyrd, 30, is classified as a Level 3 sex offender, the group considered most likely to commit new sex crimes, according to a bulletin from the Sex Offender Registration Unit of the Clark County Sheriff’s Office.
He has been convicted of first-degree child molestation and second-degree incest for sexually assaulting three children, and third-degree assault of a 9-year-old girl with sexual motivation.
Humbyrd is white, 6 feet tall and 220 pounds, with red hair and brown eyes. He drives a blue 1988 Ford Ranger pickup with Washington license B61003K.
