SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) — Republican U.S. Rep. Cathy McMorris Rodgers said she will seek re-election to a fourth term from Washington’s 5th Congressional District.
McMorris Rodgers said in Spokane Wednesday that major issues include the federal debt, which must be cut by spending less.
McMorris Rodgers in the fourth highest-ranking Republican in the House, and the highest-ranking GOP woman.
Her campaign has raised over $700,000 and planned to raise at least $2 million. She has no announced challengers.
