SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — Atlanta Braves manager Bobby Cox has been ejected from his team’s game against the San Francisco Giants for arguing balls and strikes, the 154th ejection of his career.

He was thrown out by first base umpire Bob Davidson in the 13th inning with the clubs tied at 4, after Kris Medlen was retired by Jeremy Affeldt on a called third strike. Cox yelled from the dugout and was quickly tossed, then came out on the field to further make his case.

It was the first time Cox has been ejected this season.
