PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — Police used a stun gun and beanbag shots to arrest a man accused of stabbing another man early Friday at an apartment in southeast Portland.
The knifing victim escaped the apartment and was taken to a hospital.
Det. Mary Wheat told The Oregonian a child in the apartment was not a hostage and was removed safely.
