SHANGHAI (AP) — Formula One boss Bernie Ecclestone criticized promoters of the Chinese Grand Prix but says the contract for the race will continue.

Ecclestone said Friday that the rolling contract “will go on” while bemoaning the lack of local publicity and declining crowds.

He also confirmed the Korean Grand Prix will go ahead this season despite growing speculation the facility will not be completed on time.

Ecclestone added that the addition of an Indian Grand Prix next season will not threaten the continuation of any existing races, saying none will be dropped.
