Attorneys to help with citizenship applications

VANCOUVER — Volunteer attorneys and paralegals with the Seattle organization OneAmerica will be at Clark College Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. to offer free assistance to legal permanent residents of Washington who wish to apply for U.S. citizenship.

Those seeking assistance should bring their green cards. One-on-one sessions will be offered at Clark College Building AA-5 on the second floor.

The service is provided through the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Up to 18 qualified immigration attorneys and 20 to 30 paralegals will be on hand to guide applicants through the process at no cost.
