Investigators are looking into an attempted arson at the Fort Vancouver Terrace Apartments late Thursday.
A suspect stuck a stick inside a vehicle’s gas tank and tried, but failed, to ignite it.
Several Vancouver Police units responded to reports of a car on fire at about 9:30 p.m. Thursday.
Vancouver Fire Department Capt. Kevin Murray said there were no flames when firefighters arrived on scene.
