The Health Professions Quality Assurance office of the state Department of Health recently took disciplinary actions or has withdrawn charges against these Clark County health care providers.

In January, the Washington Massage Practitioner Program charged Rob D. LeDoux with unprofessional conduct. He was convicted of assault — domestic violence, harassment — domestic violence, and interfering with the reporting of domestic violence. He allegedly failed to disclose the convictions to the Department of Health.

The Oregon Board of Nursing took disciplinary action toward a Clark County health care provider in February. The board accepted the voluntary surrender of Megan A. Conahan’s Registered Nurse license, for failing to comply with the terms and conditions of the Nurse Monitoring Program. She resides in Vancouver.
