CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) — Orlando teammates have coined a new nickname for Magic center Dwight Howard: Foul on You.

Howard says his teammates were “killing me all day” with the new name at shootaround before Monday’s playoff game against Charlotte.

The teasing stems from Howard being called for 16 fouls in the first three games against the Bobcats, which has limited his playing time. Howard fouled out with 3:32 left in Game 3 on Saturday, but the Magic still rallied to win to take a 3-0 series lead.

Coach Stan Van Gundy says he had Howard watch video Sunday in hopes he’ll avoid frustration fouls.

With a couple teammates yelling “Foul on You,” Howard said he was going to walk back to the hotel because he might be whistled for a foul on the bus.
