SEATTLE (AP) — The University of Washington says a grade school student who visited the Seattle campus for Friday’s Engineering Discovery Day later came down with chickenpox.
The university’s Hall Health center says students or others who participated in the day’s activities or visited the engineering building were likely exposed to chickenpox.
Those people who have not been vaccinated against chickenpox are advised to see a doctor about vaccine shots.
