PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — A Portland man has pleaded guilty to first-degree forgery, identity theft and perjury after prosecutors alleged he impersonated his estranged wife in e-mails and a judge who had signed a restraining order.

The Oregonian reports that 35-year-old Gregory Michael Trezman entered the plea Friday in Multnomah County Court. Judge Kenneth Walker sentenced him to more than one and a half years in prison.

Trezman was accused of altering a restraining order obtained by his wife to say another judge had dismissed it. Prosecutors say he also logged onto his wife’s e-mail account and sent messages that falsely claimed she lied in court and was not a fit parent.
