DEER PARK, Wash. (AP) — A motorcycle rider from Bellevue was killed in a head-on crash with an SUV Thursday on Highway 395 near Deer Park.
The Washington State Patrol says 59-year-old Richard Wittgenstein died at the scene.
The patrol told KXLY-TV the driver of the SUV that crossed the center line may be charged.
