JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) — Jaguars receiver Mike Sims-Walker will miss Sunday’s game at Tennessee because of a high ankle sprain.

Sims-Walker says he’s frustrated with his injured right ankle, but expects the extra time off will help him be healthy down the stretch.

He injured his ankle Nov. 14 against Houston and was inactive the following week against Cleveland. He was limited in practice last week, but returned Friday and started against the New York Giants after getting a painkilling shot. He caught four passes for 48 yards, giving him 36 receptions for 466 yards this season. He also dropped at least two passes.

He says he’s “not normal,” adding that “I’m trying my hardest to show that I’m not in pain. I’m in pain and it shows. It’s hard to hide it.”
