A couple hours after issuing a press release asking help locating a 76-year-old Harold Franklin, who failed to show up for work Thursday, the Vancouver Police Department issued another: “Mr. Franklin has been located.”
Franklin left for work Thursday but never arrived. He didn’t return home, either. He was reported missing at 11 p.m.
A press release announcing he’d been found was issued at about 11:45 a.m.
