ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (AP) — The Buffalo Bills have signed hulking defensive tackle Kellen Heard off of the Oakland Raiders’ practice squad.

Listed at 6-foot-6 and 355 pounds, Heard initially signed with the Raiders last spring as an undrafted rookie free agent out of Memphis. He also spent part of his college career at Texas A&M.

To make room for Heard, the Bills waived linebacker Thomas Williams.

The moves were announced Saturday, a day before the Bills (2-10) host the Cleveland Browns (5-7). It’s unlikely Heard will be active for the game.
