DULUTH, Minn. (AP) — Quarterback Chase Vogler scrambled 34 yards for the go-ahead touchdown with 4:12 remaining in the game to rally Minnesota-Duluth to a 17-13 victory over defending national champion Northwest Missouri State in the Division II semifinals Saturday night.
