MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — The snow-damaged Metrodome roof has sprung another leak.

A spokesman for the stadium’s owners says a fourth panel in the inflatable roof tore open at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, dumping snow and ice on the field.

Metropolitan Sports Facilities Commission spokesman Pat Milan (MYE’-luhn) says no one was hurt. All the workers have been pulled from the stadium floor.

Milan says crews will inspect the damage Thursday.

The Metrodome roof deflated early Sunday when three panels failed under a 17-inch snowfall. That forced the Minnesota Vikings’ game against the New York Giants to be moved to Detroit on Monday night.

Metrodome officials say the roof can’t be repaired in time for the Vikings’ game against the Chicago Bears on Monday night, so the University of Minnesota’s TCF Bank Stadium is being prepared for the game.
