PROVO, Utah (AP) — Authorities say a 41-year-old Washington state man will be returned in custody to Utah to face a felony drug charge following his arrest a Seattle-area airport.

The Daily Herald of Provo reported that Brigham John Burr of Olympia, Wash., was arrested Tuesday when he arrived at SeaTac on a flight from Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Burr was being held by Port of Seattle police pending transfer to Utah.

Records show Burr was sought on a warrant issued Aug. 11 in Provo after he missed court on a drug possession with intent to distribute charge stemming from a Utah County arrest in February.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection Chief Doug McBride tells the Daily Herald that Burr was apprehended after his name was found on the international flight passenger manifest.
