MIAMI (AP) — The Miami Dolphins have placed linebacker Karlos Dansby on injured reserve and ruled out tight end Anthony Fasano and tackle Lydon Murtha for their game at New England.

Dansby has a toe injury that forced him to miss last week’s game against Detroit. Fasano is missing Sunday’s game because of a knee and Murtha is out with a head injury.

The Dolphins filled Dansby’s spot on the roster by signing receiver Julius Pruitt off their practice squad Friday.

They have been eliminated from the postseason race, and the Patriots have already clinched the top seeding in the AFC playoffs.
