Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Aflac, an insurance company, has leased 2,310 square feet of space at 9330 Vancouver Mall Drive, Suite 204, for a regional training and sales office, from Trus-Way Inc. Brian Sullivan of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins-Bernhardt Associates represented the landlord and the tenant.

Bob and Mary Sisson have leased 2,200 square feet of retail space for a Kazoodles toy store at Columbia II retail center, 13503 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd., Suite B-3, from Weiner Investment Co. Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

CSX Transportation, providing rail-based transportation services, has leased 1,760 square feet of office space at The Fisher Building, 16701 S.E. McGillivray Blvd., Suite 220, Brad Winn and Ed Riggins of Cresa Partners represented the tenant; Byron Roselli and Adam D. Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

LeAnn Dodge Insurance Inc., dba State Farm Insurance, has leased 1,300 square feet of office space from Misovetz Holdings LLC for an agency to open in March. The space is at Classen Professional Center, 15 S.W. 20th Ave., Battle Ground. Byron Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant; Adam D. Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

Rent-A-Center Inc. has leased 218 square feet of office space at Courtyard Plaza, 315 W. Mill Plain Blvd., from KFCM of Washington LLC. Tamara Fuller of Norris Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord and the tenant.

Richard and Myong Lee have purchased a 5,420-square-foot retail/service building for investment purposes from U.S. Bank Trust for $360,000. The building is located at 303-309 N.E. 76th St. Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the seller.

Southwest Washington Center of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing has purchased a 2,600-square-foot building from Fort Vancouver Regional Library at 301 S.E. Hearthwood Blvd. for $475,000. Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the seller.

Woo-Jung Construction LLC has leased 1,860 square feet of retail space for a teriyaki restaurant at Salmon Creek Retail at Fred Meyer, 800 N.E. Tenney Road, Suite B-207. Pam Lindloff of Norris Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord; Sharon Walter of 503 Real Estate represented the tenant.
