SEATTLE — Alaska Airlines will soon offer Aircell’s Gogo Inflight wi-fi service on all of Alaska’s aircraft.
For about $4.95, customers will be able to browse the Web; access online music, games, podcasts and webcasts; send and receive e-mail; and connect to virtual private networks while flying. Service testing must be completed with the Federal Aviation Administration to win service certification, Alaska officials said. Aircell operates more than 730 systems already flying.
