A convicted sex offender who victimized girls has become homeless, and another has moved to Cascade Park.

Vernon Karl Isgrigg and Dale Wizard Wagner, both 51, are classified as Level 3 sex offenders, the group considered most likely to commit new sex crimes, according to bulletins from the Sex Offender Registration Unit of the Clark County Sheriff’s Office.

Isgrigg, now homeless, has been convicted of two counts of indecent liberties and two counts of communicating with a minor for immoral purposes and, in another incident, communicating with a minor for immoral purposes. His victims were several girls between the ages of 6 and 10.

Isgrigg has blue eyes and brown hair, is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs about 155 pounds. He drives a red 1979 Pontiac Bonneville sedan with Washington license 322NWG.

Wagner has moved to 12614 S.E. 10th St., near Crestline Elementary School.

He’s been convicted of two counts of third-degree assault with sexual motivation, for victimizing two girls, ages 7 and 9, and failing to register as a sex offender, a bulletin said.

Wagner is white, 5 feet 7 inches tall and 150 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.

He drives a light-blue 1987 Toyota Tercel with Washington license 353XCR.

The two are not being sought by police, and are monitored by the sheriff’s unit and the Sex Offender Tracking Unit of the Vancouver Police Department. In addition, Wagner is monitored by the state Department of Corrections.
