EVERETT, Wash. (AP) — A Snohomish man facing animal cruelty charges for shooting and killing his neighbor’s dog shot and killed himself.
The Daily Herald of Everett reports the 56-year-old man failed to appear at a Feb. 19 arraignment.
Sheriff’s deputies went to his home Wednesday and found the body. The medical examiner’s office ruled the death a suicide.
