SEATTLE (AP) — Seattle police say a 60-year-old man wounded in a shooting in the Capitol Hill neighborhood is expected to survive.

Officers responding to a report of shots fired after 3 a.m. Tuesday found the victim who was hit in the back and the legs. Fire Department medics took him to Harborview Medical Center where doctors determined the wounds are not life-threatening.
